沙丁胺醇与布地奈德联用对老年支气管哮喘合并肺部细菌感染患者血气指标的改善作用

Effects of salbutamol combined with budesonide on improvement of blood gas indexes in elderly patients with bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary bacterial infection

目的研究沙丁胺醇与布地奈德联用对老年支气管哮喘合并肺部细菌感染患者血气指标的改善作用。方法抽取本院2014年7月至2017年10月收治的老年支气管哮喘合并肺部细菌感染患者102例,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(沙丁胺醇+布地奈德)和对照组(常规治疗),各51例。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率、FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC、PEF昼夜变异率、PaO_2、PaCO_2、SaO_2、复发率及呼吸困难、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音、肺部哮鸣音改善时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年支气管哮喘合并肺部细菌感染患者应用沙丁胺醇与布地奈德联合治疗的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide on the improvement of blood gas indexes in elderly patients with bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary bacterial infection. Methods A total of 102 patients with bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary bacterial infection in our hospital were selected from July2014 to October 2017 and randomly divided into study group（n=51, salbutamol＋budesonide） and control group（n=51,routine treatment）. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment,the levels of FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEF diurnal variation rate, PaO2, PaCO2, SaO2, recurrence rate, improvement time of dyspnea, cough, lung wet rales and lung wheezing sound in the study group were better than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion In elderly patients with bronchial asthma complicated with pulmonary bacterial infection, the combination of salbutamol and budesonide has significant clinical efficacy, and it is worthy of promotion.
