中西药联合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘缓解期的临床疗效

Clinical effect of combination Chinese and western medicine on cough variant asthma in alleviating period

目的研究中西药联合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)缓解期的临床疗效。方法研究对象选取我院2015年1月至2017年5月收治的CVA缓解期患者100例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(西药治疗)和观察组(西药联合中药益气补肺汤治疗),各50例。比较两组疗效、中医症状评分、治疗前、后肺功能指标及复发率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P=0.00);与治疗前和对照组比较,观察组治疗后的中医症状评分显著更低,PEF、FEV_1显著更高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月的复发率显著低于对照组(P=0.00)。结论中西医联合治疗CVA缓解期疗效显著,可有效降低中医症状评分与复发率,且有效改善肺功能指标,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of combination of Chinese and western medicine on cough variant asthma（CVA）in alleviating period. Methods A total of 100 patients with CVA in alleviating period treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects from January 2015 to May 2017, they were divided into control group（western medicine） and observation group（western medicine combined with Yiqi Bufei decoction） by random number method, with50 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom scores, pulmonary function indexes before and after treatment and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P=0.00）. Compared with the control group and before treatment, the TCM symptom scores of the observation group were significantly lower, and PEF and FEV1 were significantly higher（P0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group at 6 months after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group（P =0.00）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of CVA in alleviating period has a significant effect, can effectively decrease the TCM symptom score and recurrence rate, and effectively improve lung function indexes, it is worth promoting.
