固表护卫汤治疗产后自汗41例的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Gubiao Huwei decoction in the treatment of 41 cases of puerperal spontaneous sweating

目的分析中药汤剂固表护卫汤治疗产后自汗的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月至2017年10月我院妇产科收治的81例产后自汗患者为研究对象,按入院先后时间分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例)。对照组患者给予西药治疗,观察组患者在西药治疗基础上加用固表护卫汤。比较两组的临床疗效以及用药不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.56%,明显高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生头晕、呕吐、恶心等用药不良反应。结论给予产后自汗患者中药汤剂固表护卫汤治疗,可明显改善患者产后自汗症状,疗效显著,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Gubiao Huwei decoction in the treatment of puerperal spontaneous sweating. Methods Eighty-one patients with puerperal spontaneous sweating in gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital from July 2016 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group（n=40, treated with western medicine） and observation group（n =41, added Gubiao Huwei decoction on the basis of western medicine）according to the time of admission. The clinical effects and incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than 85.00% of the control group（P0.05）. During the treatment, no adverse reactions such as dizziness, vomiting, sicchasia occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Gubiao Huwei decoction in the treatment of puerperal spontaneous sweating can obviously improve the symptom of disease, which has significant effect, less adverse reactions and high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
