清热活血搜风法配合西药治疗血热型寻常型银屑病的效果

Effect of clearing heat and activating blood circulation and dispelling wind combined with western medicine on blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris

目的分析对血热型寻常型银屑病患者应用清热活血搜风法配合西药治疗的临床效果。方法将于我院就诊的血热型寻常型银屑病患者98例随机分为对照组和研究组,每组49例。对照组给予西药治疗,研究组在西药治疗基础上配合清热活血搜风法治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的中医症状积分、皮肤病生活质量指标调查量表(DLQI)评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在血热型寻常型银屑病的治疗中应用西药配合清热活血搜风法可更好地改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,并可改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of clearing heat and activating blood circulation and dispelling wind combined with western medicine on blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Ninety-eight patients with blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine, while the study group was treated with clearing heat and activating blood circulation and dispelling wind based on the western medicine. The clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）. After treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and dermatology life quality index（DLQI） in the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of bloodheat type psoriasis vulgaris, western medicine combined with clearing heat and activating blood circulation and dispelling wind can improve the symptoms of patients better, improve the treatment effect and the quality of life of the patients.
