中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及其对中医症状积分的影响

Clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and its effect on TCM symptom scores

目的探析中医辨证治疗对慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法随机选择2015年12月至2017年12月我院收治的96例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用中医辨证治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果及中医症状积分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的72.92%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的嗳气反酸、气短懒言、痞满不适、纳呆少食、胃脘痛和大便稀溏等中医症状积分均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中医辨证治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,能显著提高治疗总有效率,明显改善中医症状积分,对于改善患者预后和提高生活质量有着积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Ninety-six patients with chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation. The clinical effects and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than 72.92% of the control group（P0.05）. After treatment, the TCM symptom scores of belching and acid regurgitation,shortness of breath and unwillingness to speak, distention and fullness, anorexia, epigastric pain and loose stool significantly decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment and TCM symptom scores, which has a positive effect on improving the prognosis and quality of life.
