系统化护理应用在增强CT检查中对患者检查成功率及造影剂外漏发生率的影响

Effects of systematic nursing in enhanced CT examination on the examination success rate of patients and incidence of contrast medium leakage

目的观察系统化护理在增强CT检查中对患者检查成功率和造影剂外漏发生率的影响。方法选取本院148例进行增强CT检查的患者作为本研究对象,按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施系统化护理,对比两组患者护理前、后的焦虑评分、检查成功率、造影剂外漏发生率和护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的焦虑评分显著降低,且观察低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的检查成功率为94.59%,高于对照组的82.43%(P<0.05);观察组造影剂外漏发生率为1.35%,低于对照组的13.51%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将系统化护理应用到患者的增强CT检查中,能够显著改善患者的焦虑评分,有效提高检查成功率,减少造影剂外漏的发生。

Objective To observe the effects of systematic nursing on the examination success rate of patient examination and the incidence of contrast medium leakage in enhanced CT examination. Methods One hundred and forty-eight patients underwent enhanced CT examination in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number method. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given systematic nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The anxiety scores before and after nursing, the examination success rate, incidence of contrast medium leakage, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the anxiety scores of the two groups decreased, and that in the observation group was lower than the control group（P0.05）; the examination success rate of the observation group was 94.59%, which was higher than 82.43% of the control group（P0.05）; the incidence of contrast medium leakage of the observation group was 1.35%, which was lower than 13.51% of the control group（P0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Applying systematic nursing to the patient＇s enhanced CT examination can significantly improve the patient＇s anxiety score, effectively improve the examination success rate, and reduce the occurrence of contrast agent leakage.
