优质护理干预对宫颈癌患者治疗依从性和不良情绪的改善效果

Improved effects of high quality nursing intervention on treatment compliance and bad mood of cervical cancer patients

目的研究优质护理干预对宫颈癌患者治疗依从性和不良情绪的改善效果。方法选取2014年10月至2017年10月在我院进行诊治的108例宫颈癌患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用宫颈癌常规护理干预,观察组采用优质护理干预,比较两组干预后的治疗依从性以及干预前、后的SDS和SAS评分。结果干预后,观察组的按时服药率、合理饮食率、定期检查率及合理运动率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预可以显著提高宫颈癌患者的治疗依从性,改善其不良情绪,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the improved effect of high quality nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and bad mood of cervical cancer patients. Methods A total of 108 cases of cervical cancer treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention of cervical cancer. The observation group was given high quality nursing intervention. The treatment compliance after intervention and the SDS and SAS scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the rate of taking medicine on time, reasonable diet, regular examination and reasonable exercise in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores significantly decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance and the bad mood of cervical cancer patients. It has a high clinical value.
