临床护理路径在肠造口患者自我护理健康教育中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in self-nursing health education of patients with enterostomy

目的观察临床护理路径在肠造口患者自我护理健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年1月至2015年8月收治的90例肠造口的患者作为研究对象,将其按照随机分组的方式分为对照组与干预组,各45例。对照组采用常规干预,干预组采用临床护理路径干预。比较两组的护理效果、健康教育知识评分及患者满意度。结果干预组患者的护理总有效率为97.8%,显著高于对照组的82.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者的健康知识教育评分为(92.96±7.11)分,显著高于对照组的(74.32±5.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者的满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在肠造口患者自我护理健康教育中的应用效果显著,能够有效提高护理效果及患者的满意度。

Objective To observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in self-nursing health education of patients with enterostomy. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with enterostomy were selected as the study objects in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2015. The above 90 patients were divided into control group and intervention group according to the way of random grouping, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the intervention group was given clinical nursing pathway intervention. The nursing effects, health education knowledge scores and satisfaction of patients of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the intervention group was 97.8%, which was significantly higher than 82.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. The health knowledge education score of the intervention group was（92.96±7.11）, which was significantly higher than（74.32 ±5.45） of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway has a significant effect on self-nursing health education in patients with enterostomy, which can effectively improve the nursing effect and satisfaction of patients.
