家庭持续性护理服务对根治性肾癌切除术后健康行为依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of family continuous nursing service on health behavior compliance and quality of life after radical nephrectomy

目的探讨家庭持续性护理服务对根治性肾癌切除术后患者健康行为依从性和生活质量的影响。方法将86例根治性肾癌切除术后患者按照随机数表分组,其中院内组(43例)实施院内常规护理,持续性组(43例)实施家庭持续性护理服务。对比两组患者健康行为依从性和生活质量。结果持续性组各项健康行为依从性均高于院内组(P<0.05);护理后持续性组各维度生活质量评分和总评分均显著升高(P<0.05),院内组均无明显改变(P>0.05),且护理后持续性组上述评分均远高于院内组(P<0.05)。结论对根治性肾癌切除术后患者实施家庭持续性护理服务能够显著改善其健康行为依从性及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of family continuous nursing service on health behavior compliance and quality of life after radical nephrectomy. Methods A total of 86 patients treated with radical nephrectomy were divided according to random number table, including hospital group（43 cases） implemented hospital routine nursing and continuous group（43 cases） implemented family continuous nursing service. The health behavior compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of each healthy behavior in the continuous group were higher than those in the hospital group（P0.05）. After nursing, the score of life quality in each dimension and the total score in the continuous group significantly increased（P 0.05）, and no significant differences were found in the hospital group（P0.05）, and those in the continuous group were much higher than the hospital group after nursing（P0.05）. Conclusion Continuous family nursing service after radical nephrectomy can significantly improve the health behavior compliance and quality of life, and which is worthy of promotion.
