细节护理对手术室护理质量及手术患者满意度的影响

Effects of detailed nursing on the quality of operating room nursing and the satisfaction of patients with surgery

目的探讨细节护理对手术室护理质量及手术患者满意度的影响。方法将2015年11月2日至2017年12月3日我院接收的33例手术患者作为对照组,采用常规护理模式;另选择同期33例手术患者作为观察组,采用细节护理模式。比较两组的护理质量与患者满意度。结果观察组患者的消毒隔离、护士配合、器械准备、仪器管理、护理质量总评分及护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术患者的临床护理中全面落实细节护理,能够全方面地提高手术室护理质量,为广大患者提供更优质、科学、周全的护理措施,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of detailed nursing on the quality of operating room nursing and the satisfaction of patients with surgery. Methods From November 2, 2015 to December 3, 2017, 33 cases of surgical patients in our hospital were selected as the control group, treated with conventional nursing mode; another 33 cases of surgical patients were selected as the observation group in the same period, treated with detailed nursing mode. The quality of nursing and satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The score of disinfection and isolation, nursing cooperation, instrument preparation, instrument management, total score of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive implementation of detailed nursing in the clinical nursing of surgical patients can improve the nursing quality of operating room in all aspects, and provide better, scientific and comprehensive nursing measures for the majority of patients, which is worth promoting.
