综合护理对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者康复效果的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者实施综合护理对其康复效果的影响。方法将我院收治的90例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者分为传统组(n=45,传统护理)和综合组(n=45,综合护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的Barthel指数及呼吸困难感觉BS评分均改善,且综合组明显优于传统组(P<0.05);综合组患者护理后按医嘱用药、合理饮食、合理训练占比明显高于传统组,负面心理、吸烟占比明显低于传统组(P<0.05);综合组护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于传统组的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者实施综合护理可改善患者的康复效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Ninety patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected and divided into traditional group（n=45, treated with traditional nursing） and comprehensive group（n=45, treated with comprehensive nursing）. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing,the Barthel index, dyspnea feeling BS scores improved in the two groups, and those in the comprehensive group were better than the traditional group（P 0.05）. After nursing, the rates of taking medicine according to doctorundefineds advice, eating reasonably and training reasonably in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the traditional group, and the rates of negative psychology and smoking were lower than those in the traditional group（ P 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the comprehensive group was 93.33%, which was significant higher than 77.78% of the traditional group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the rehabilitation effect.
