温馨助产护理干预对产妇分娩及产后出血的影响

Effect of warm midwifery nursing intervention on the parturient delivery and postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨温馨助产护理干预对产妇分娩及产后出血的影响。方法将2015年7月27日至2017年11月8日我院接收的118例产妇随机均分为对照组和观察组,各59例,分别采用常规助产护理和温馨助产护理。比较两组产妇的分娩结局、各产程时间及产后24 h出血量。结果两组新生儿均百分百存活;观察组产妇自然分娩率为86.4%,明显高于对照组的61.0%(P<0.05);观察组第一、二、三产程时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后24 h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温馨助产护理干预不仅有助于产妇顺利自然分娩,还能够缩短产程时间,减少产后出血量,保证母婴健康平安,是一种科学可行、值得推广的护理模式。

Objective To explore the effect of warm midwifery nursing intervention on the parturient delivery and postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 118 puerperas in our hospital from July 27, 2015 to November 8, 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 59 cases in each group, which were given routine midwifery nursing and warm midwifery nursing respectively. The delivery outcome, duration of labor and postpartum hemorrhage in 24 hours of the two groups were compared. Results All of the newborns survived. The rate of natural childbirth of the observation group was 86.4%, which was significantly higher than 61.0% of the control group（P0.05）.The first, second and third stage of labors in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the bleeding volume of postpartum hemorrhage in 24 hours of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Warm midwifery nursing intervention can not only help maternal natural childbirth, but also shorten the duration of labor, reduce the bleeding volume of postpartum hemorrhage and ensure the health and safety of mother and baby. So it is a scientific and practical nursing and worthy of clinical application.
