摘要
学界对创意产业集群试图从不同的网络角度进行解构,从理论上进一步分析创意产业集群的社会网络结构机理和空间集聚模式。从经济社会学、管理科学的角度,可构建一个以创意产业集群创意行为为主体的社会网络结构。通过深入研究发现,社会网络下的创意产业集群是以竞争优势为核心,从原来对成本优势和产品差异化的追求转移到对客户价值需求的满足上,使其价值资源的整合更具有社会效率属性,进而实现社会网络内部组织的动态优化能力。从宏观、中观和微观三大视角,科学地系统地研究创意产业集群的网络组织特性,可为丰富创意产业集群理论作出一定的贡献。
At present,the academic circles are trying to deconstruct the creative industry clusters from different network perspectives. This paper further analyzes the social network structure mechanism and spatial agglomeration mode of the creative industry cluster. From the perspectives of management science and economic sociology,this paper constructs a social network structure of creative action subject of creative industry clusters.An in-depth study finds that creative industry cluster under the social network takes competitive advantage as its core,shifting from the original pursuit of cost advantage and product differentiation to meeting the demand of customer value,which results in more social efficiency attributes in its value resources integration,so that the dynamic optimization ability of the internal organization in the social network is achieved. From the macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic perspectives,this paper systematically studies the network organizational characteristics of the creative industry clusters,and makes some contributions to richer theoretical knowledge of creative industry clusters.
