新时期以来,一批又一批的东乡族作家通过汉语写作走上文坛,甚至走向世界。他们良好的汉文化教育背景、丰富的人生体验、身兼数职的社会身份都为"第二母语"写作储备了充盈的条件。东乡族作家作品彰显了民族精神气质,弘扬了民族文化,为新时期少数民族文学贡献了自己的力量。

Since the new period,a group of Dongxiang writers have entered the literary world and even entered the world with Chinese language writing. Their good cultural and educational background,rich life experience,and social identity of several jobs all reserve the conditions for this. Their works not only demonstrate national and ethnic spiritual temperament,promote the national culture,and contribute their own strength to the national and even the ethnic literature in the new period.
