摘要
本文针对余热锅炉的直升烟道结构不合理、辐射冷却室故障频繁、积灰无法及时清理、设备腐蚀严重、蒸汽浪费等问题,提出了相应的技术改造措施。改造后实现了锅炉日常运作的稳定性和安全性,提高了锅炉的整体使用效率,达到了节能降耗的目的。
In view of these problems such as unreasonable straight rising flue structure, radiant cooling room with frequent malfunction, ash deposition without timely cleaning, equipment with severe corrosion and steam wasting in the waste heat boiler, the corresponding technical transformation measures were put forward in this paper. After improvement, the stability and safety of the daily operation of the boiler were realized, the overall use efficiency of the boiler was improved, the aim of energy saving and consumption reduction was achieved.
