浅谈自动化割焊装备在压力容器制造中的应用

Application of automatic cutting and welding equipment in pressure vessel manufacture

压力容器是我国工业生产过程中一种不可缺少的使用设备,随着市场的不断发展,人们对该种容器的制造要求越来越高。本文根据以往工作经验,对压力容器制造过程中的传统制造工艺及改进方案进行总结,并从膜式壁焊机、直管接长焊机、马鞍形焊机、气孔与裂纹焊接四方面,论述了自动化割焊装备在压力容器制造中的具体应用。

Pressure vessel is an indispensable equipment in the process of industrial production in China. With the continuous development of the market, the demand for the manufacture of this kind of container is getting higher and higher. Based on the previous work experience, this paper summarizes the traditional manufacturing process and improvement scheme in the manufacturing process of pressure vessel, and discusses the application of automatic cutting and welding equipment in the manufacture of pressure vessel from four aspects ： membrane wall welding machine,straight pipe welding machine, saddle welding machine, air hole and crack welding.
