自我国于2016年12月在全国全面推行河长制以来,深圳市宝安区在全市率先推出了集河道及水务设施管养体系、河道日常监督管理的指标体系、监测体系及养护体系为一体的"宝安河务通"系统。实现了环保水务"全面监管、巡办分离、智慧管控"的三大功能,并取得了明显的应用成效,深刻诠释了"绿水青山就是金山银山"的生态文明建设指导思想。为其他各省市进行治水提质提供了宝贵经验,同时也凸显了现代科技力量在提升我国水环境治理能力中的重要性。
