转动课堂模式下学生课堂参与积极性的全程化提升策略研究

摘要 随着通信技术的飞速发展,课堂上学生专注于手机而不听课的现象日益严重,学生课堂参与积极性不断下降,教学效果堪忧。国内很多高校都采取了一些改革措施,试图解决这一问题。本文以渤海大学转动课堂模式为例,在对教学环节分解以及关键指标设置的基础上,制定了全方位的提升学生参与积极性的策略体系。这一体系将教师教学策略改进与学生成绩获取融为一体,从而可以从教师和学生两个层面共同提高课堂参与积极性。 With the rapid development of communication technology, the phenomenon of students playing mobile phones and not listening to teachers has become increasingly serious in university classrooms. Students ' participation in class is declining and the teaching effectiveness is getting worse Many universities have taken some reform measures in an attempt to solve this problem. This paper takes Bohai University ' s rotating classroom model as an example,formulates a comprehensive strategy system to enhance students ' participation on the basis of the decomposition of teaching process and the key index setting. This system integrates the improvement of teachers ' teaching strategies and the students ' achievement, and can improve classroom participation enthusiasm from both teachers and students.
