汽车类专业“3+1”人才培养模式探索研究

"3+1"人才培养模式是新形势下一种较为可行的模式。针对盐城及我校人才培养模式现状,进行了汽车类专业"3+1"人才培养模式探索与研究。从课程体系、毕业设计、校企合作平台、教师队伍建设及实践性教学环节进行了改革及探讨,"3+1"人才培养模式将成为学校和企业双赢的一种新型人才培养模式。

The ＂ 3 ＋ 1 ＂ talent training model is a feasible one under the new situation. In view of the current situation of the personnel training mode in Yan Cheng and our university, the ＂ 3 ＋ 1 ＂ talent training model of automobile major has been explored and studied. Curriculum system, graduation design, school-enterprise cooperation platform, faculty construction and practical teaching links have been reformed and discussed, ＂ 3 ＋ 1 ＂ talent training mode will become a new talent training mode that both schools and enterprises win.
