摘要
英国的继续教育在全世界享有盛名,有着"继续教育之乡"的称誉。本文基于对英国继续教育的起源与发展、保障机制、教学机构与师资力量、改革等四个方面对英国的继续教育进行系统分析,总结英国继续教育发展中的经验教训,对我国的继续教育建设有借鉴意义。
British further education is famous all around the world and Britain has been regarded as ＂ Home to Further Education ＂. This paper is based on the study of its origin, development process, safeguard mechanism, educational institution, teaching staff and reform. We analyze it systematically to draw lessons from British further education in order to provide our country with strategies to improve our further education.
