随着国家现代化建设步伐的不断加快,国家对基本建设进行了大量投资,这些工程大多建设规模庞大、建设周期长。因此,建设工程项目具有风险性大和不确定性的特点,要想有效控制风险带来的损失,就必须重视风险处理对策的研究。风险对策分为风险控制对策和风险财务对策,只有正确运用这两类对策,才能确保项目各种目标的实现,有效进行风险处理。

With accelerating pace of national modernization construction, our country invested heavily to the basic construction. Most of these construction has large scale and long construction period. Therefore, the construction project has the characteritics of risk and uncertainty, in order to effectively control the risk of loss. It must attach importance to the study of risk handling strategies. Risk management countermeasure is divided into financial measures and risk control measures, only using them correctly to achieve the goal of all kinds of effective risk management.
