毕业设计是机械工程类专业学生完成本专业教学计划的最后一个极为重要的实践性教学环节,是使学生综合运用所学过的基本理论、基本知识与基本技能去解决专业范围内的工程技术问题而进行的一次基本训练[1]。一般会将班级学生分为很多小组,每个老师带一组学生。由于毕业设计一般安排在大四最后一个学期,学生面临找工作面试或考研复试等事宜,造成在毕业设计上投入的精力往往不够。因此,对每组学生的管理尤其重要。本文利用团队协作方法和目标管理方法,提出毕业设计小组管理的新思路。

Graduation thesis is the last very important practical teaching for mechanical engineering majors to complete their teaching plan. It is a basic training for students to use the basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills learned to solve engineering technical problems within their specialty. Students are usually divided into groups, with each teacher bringing a group of students. Because graduation thesis is usually arranged in the last semester of senior year, students are faced with job interviews or postgraduate re-examination, which often leads to insufficient energy invested in graduation design. Therefore, the management of each group of students is especially important. This paper uses the methods of team cooperation and target management to put forward a new idea of graduation thesis team management.
