摘要
针对《烹饪营养学》教学中存在的问题,采取老师讲授与学生自学相结合、通过实验课使学生加深对理论知识的理解、采取灵活多样的考核形式等措施,调动学生的学习积极性。
To solve the problems in the teaching of culinary nutrition and to motivate the students' learning,teachers should take the teaching methods of teacher teaching plus student self-study, enhance the students 'understanding of the theoretical knowledge through experiments, and assess the study effects by flexible and varied forms.
