永春县湖洋镇茶产业发展现状与对策

Development Status and Countermeasures for Tea Industry in Huyang Town of Yongchun County

湖洋镇是省级茶树优异种质资源保护区,生态环境良好,茶产业拥有较大的发展潜力。从种植规模、茶叶销售、产业培育阐述了湖洋镇茶产业发展现状,并介绍湖洋镇茶叶加工技术与闽南水仙品质特征,进一步分析永春县湖洋镇茶产业发展面临的问题,并提出相应的对策和建议。

Huyang Town is a provincial-level protection zone of excellent tea tree germplasm resource with good ecological environment,and promising potential in developing the local tea industry.The development status of tea industry in Huyang Town was introduced in this study,including planting scale,tea marketing management and industrial cultivation.And the tea processing technology in Huyang Town and the quality characteristics of Minnan Shuixian were also introduced.Then the problems existed in the tea industry development in Huyang Town of Yongchun County were further analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.
