公共治理理论在当代中国适用的核心基点是多元主体之间的紧张与互动。中国协商治理的逻辑展开需要关注的焦点在于主导主体为中国共产党,关键对象是市场秩序的构建。此过程需凸显协商治理的利益平衡功能,执政党在协商治理中发挥道德榜样的作用,此作用的发挥需要制度化的协商治理。借鉴与超越西方公共治理理论与实践,当代中国协商治理是社会主义民主政治发展的过程,基本原则是无产阶级专政,对公共治理理论适用性的研究切入是当代中国协商治理研究的可能路径。
