摘要
受电弓框架裂纹会给地铁车辆运行带来巨大的安全隐患。为了探究受电弓上框架裂纹出现的原因,使用有限元计算与试验相结合的方法对其成因进行分析,并根据计算与试验结果,提出了延长受电弓使用寿命的措施建议。
Cracks in pantograph frames will bring huge potential risks to metro operation. In order to explore the causes of the fatigue cracks and prolong the service life of pantograph,the finite element calculation is used and combined with experiments to analyze the crack causes. According to the calculation and experiment results,suggestions are put forward to prolong the service life of the pantograph.
