摘要
针对市政地下管线群跨越地铁隧道时可能引起隧道结构变形问题,设计了一种预制管沟结构。管沟结构由U型槽、底板与盖板组成。该结构利用盖板上方的砂袋压载来补偿土方开挖造成的卸荷,可实现施工期间的基本零卸荷,从而控制下方地铁隧道的隆起变形,以确保地下管线施工期间的地铁运营安全。工程实践表明,该管沟结构尤其适用于软土地区,能有效控制土体卸荷引起的地铁隧道隆起变形。
In line with the deformation of metro tunnel structure when large amount of underground pipe lines cross over the tunnel,a precast concrete pipe trench structure is designed.It consists of U-shaped trench,base plate and cover plate,and uses the sand bag ballast on top of the cover plate to make up the loss of earth stress due to the excavation above metro tunnel,so as to achieve the goal of zero unloading during the construction,and control metro tunnel upheaval effectively for metro daily safe operation. The practical construction show s that this technology of precast concrete trench is especially applicable to soft clay area,and could control metro tunnel upheaval effectively caused by the unloading of soil.
