地铁单程票功能检测流程的优化

摘要 地铁单程票功能检测既有方案中,不同的功能需要在不同的设备上进行检测,工作效率低。为此,通过对编码分拣机、自动售票机、自动检票机及半自动售票机4种设备进行分析,提出地铁单程票集中功能检测方案,即:提取出共同的核心模块(读卡器),搭建专用检测平台,把需要分散在4种设备上进行的功能检测集中到一个平台上进行。实践证明,新方案比既有方案的检测效率提高66%,误差率为零,大大提高了地铁单程票功能检测的工作效率。 In the existing function test for one-way ticket,different functions need to be tested on different equipments,and the working efficiency is quite low. In this paper,four equipments,including code sorting machine,AFC,automatic ticket checker and semi-automatic ticketing machine are analyzed,a centralized function detection scheme for one-way ticked is proposed. In which,the common core modules( card reader) are extract to build a special testing platform,the function tests shared by 4 different kinds of equipment are collected on one platform. Through actual use,the efficiency of new function test scheme has been increased by 66%,the error rate is reduced to almost 0,and the working efficiency of the function test for one-way ticket is greatly improved.
