摘要
为降低高温高压气井开发成本,油气田现场往往采用不同钢级或不同防腐级别的油管进行复配,而复配可能会带来环空带压风险。由于高温高压气井对生产管柱气密性的要求更高,因此复配油管的气密性需要进行试验验证。本文将不同钢级、不同防腐级别的多个气密螺纹油管连接成一个管串,进行常温和高温气密性检测试验。试验结果表明,不同防腐材质、不同钢级的油管复配连接气密性保持良好,且气密螺纹扣油管气密性能在高温状态下更为良好。
In order to reduce the development cost of high temperature and high pressure(HTHP)gas wells, it is a common practice for oil and gas industries to use the mixed anti-corrosion tubing of different steel grade or anti-corrosion grade, which may bring the risk of sustained casing pressure.Because HTHP gas wells have high requirements on the air-sealed performance of production string, the air-sealed performance of the mixed anti-corrosion tubing premium connection needs to be tested and verified. In this paper, several tubings of different steel grades and anti-corrosion grades are connected into a string for the air-sealed performance test in room temperature and high temperature environments.The test results show that the air-sealed performance of the mixed anti-corrosion tubing premium connection with the different steel grade or anti-corrosion grade is maintained well, and the air-sealed performance of mixed anti-corrosion tubing premium connection is better at higher temperature than at room temperature.
