奥拉西坦的合成工艺改进

Improved synthesis of oxiracetam

以4-氯乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经还原、环合制得奥拉西坦粗品,无水甲醇精制得到奥拉西坦,总收率为49.5%,纯度可达99.96%。

Taking ethyl 4-chloroacetoacetate as starting material,oxiracetam was synthesized by steps of reduction,cyclization.The crude product was refined with anhydrous methanol to obtain oxiracetam.The total yield is 49.5 % and the purity is 99.96 %.
