我国大学治理变革的历史路径选择考察

On the Historical Path Selection of the Administration and Reform of China's Universities

运用发展经济学路径变革视角,对建国以来我国大学治理变革历史路径梳理分析。研究发现我国大学治理变革总体上走功能性变革道路,以治理之术变革为主,遵从行政逻辑至上,进而导致我国大学治理空间缩小,治理成本增加,治理效益递减;象征性治理现象涌现以及高校社会缺位等困境。推动我国大学治理走向善治需要遵从大学自生自发逻辑,适时进行功能性变革与结构性变革间的转化,真正落实高校社会参与大学治理的主体地位。

This paper analyzes the historical path of the reform in China＇ s universities governance after the establishment of People＇ s Republic of China from the perspective of developing economics path reform. It reveals that the reform of China＇ s universities management is basically functional reform, which takes the management as the main factor for reform and puts great emphasis on administration logic, thus reduces the room for the university management as the cost of administration increased and the governance effects decreased. There is the dilemma for the boom of symbolic governance and the absence of universities from society. Therefore, the perfection of the governance in China＇ s universities should be in accord with the antigenic spontaneous logic of the universities together with transferring the functional reform to structural reform, and realizing the universities＇ main status in society-involved governance.
