基于知识图谱的近年来世界渔业科技研究现状分析

Research on world fishery science in recent years based on knowledge map

以2012-2016年JCR收录的52种SCI渔业期刊发文数据为研究对象,借助Citespace软件、Excel和Incites数据库,用文献计量学和知识图谱可视化方法对渔业研究总体趋势、研究力量分布、研究热点等方面进行分析。分析结果表明,全球渔业研究总体稳定发展,中国论文产出呈现持续增长的良好态势;研究热点集中在基因、免疫系统、分子克隆、疾病控制和种群评估、气候变化、渔业生态系统等方向;利用计算机软件为渔业分析、评估、模拟生态学问题等提供分析结论可能是今后的研究热点之一。

Base on the data of 52 kinds SCI fishery periodicals,by means of the software of Citespace,Excel and Incites database,using the Bibliometrics analysis and knowledge map visualization methods to study general trends and research group distribution,research focus.The results of the analysis show that the global fishery research is stable,and the output of Chinese papers is in good condition.The research focuses on gene,immune system,molecular cloning,disease control and population assessment,climate change,fishery ecosystem,etc.It may be one of the hot topics in the future to use computer software to analyze,evaluate and simulate ecological problems.
