Discussion on quality management methods in mechanical and electrical engineering

本文依据机电工程本身所具有的工程特征,以保证机电工程工程质量为目标,分析了工程实施过程中对工程质量具有影响的因素,分别从工程质量计划、工程质量保证体系以及工程质量控制三方面提出机电工程施工工程中所需注重的管理方法,以期指导工程实践。

Based on the engineering characteristics of mechanical and electrical engineering, this paper aims at guaranteeing the quality ofmechanical and electrical engineering, analyzes the factors that have influence on the quality of Engineering in the process of engineering implementation, and puts forward the needs of mechanical and electrical engineering construction from three aspects of engineering quality plan, engineering quality assurance system and engineering quality control. Focus on management methods, with a view to guiding engineering practice.
