多学科团队实施血管通道规范化管理的效果评价

Effect evaluation of standardized management of vascular access by multidisciplinary team

目的探讨多学科团队实施血管通道规范化管理的效果。方法组建多学科团队并进行血管通道规范化管理,包括完善各类血管通道管理制度及操作流程,加强护士静疗专科培训,进行专科质量控制,建立血管通道维护网络等。结果 2014~2017年,钢针、留置针使用正确率上升,留置针、CVC、PICC和输液港固定正确率上升,PICC非计划性拔管率由2014年的1.86‰下降至2017年的0.42‰,护理人员锐器伤发生率由2014年的17.94%下降至2017年的6.88%(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论多学科团队实施血管通道的规范化管理能有效促进血管通道规范化使用,提高医院静疗护理质量,减少护士职业伤害。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized management of vascular access by multidisciplinary team.Methods A multidisciplinary team was set up to conduct standardized management of vascular access,included improving the management system and operation process of various vascular accesses,strengthening specialized training in intravenous therapy for nurses,controlling the quality of the specialty,and establishing the network of vascular access maintenance.Results From 2014 to 2017,the accuracy of the utilization of steel needle and indwelling needle rose,and the correct rate of fixation for indwelling needle,CVC,PICC and infusion port increased,and the unplanned extubation rate of PICC dropped from 1.86‰in 2014 to 0.42‰in 2017,and the incidence of sharp injuries in nursing staff decreased from 17.94%in 2014 to 6.88%in 2017（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The standardized management of vascular access by multidisciplinary team can effectively promote standardized use of vascular access,improve the quality of nursing care for intravenous therapy in hospitals,and reduce occupational injuries of nurses.
