摘要
攻角传感器的准确性、可靠性直接关系到飞行安全。本文分析比较了两种数据分析方法对风标式攻角传感器零位误差测量的误差敏感性。线与线夹角方法比面与面夹角方法对随机测量误差的敏感性更小。在随机误差区间值相同时,线与线夹角方法能减小测量结果误差22%。使用线与线夹角方法分析了民用飞机攻角传感器实际测量数据,得到攻角传感器零位误差。方法可行性得到验证。
The accuracy and reliability of angle-of-attack sensor are directly related to flight safety. In this paper,the error sensitivity of two data analysis methods measuring the zero error of wind-vane angle-of-attack sensor is compared. The angle-between-two-lines method is less sensitive to random measurement errors than the angle-between-two-faces method. When random error interval values are the same, the angle-between-two-lines method reduces measuring error by 22 %. The actual measurement data of the angle-of-attack angle sensor of commercial airplane is analyzed by the superior method. The zero error is obtained. The feasibility of the method is verified.
