摘要 高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)从开始运行至第72-1炉一直以高浓铀为燃料。从第72-2炉开始,HFETR从高浓铀燃料向低浓铀燃料转换,至第74-1炉起堆芯全部顺利地转换为低浓铀燃料元件,安全地实现了HFETR的低浓化。HFETR从高浓铀燃料向低浓铀燃料过渡的方法是每炉加一定数量的低浓铀燃料组件,逐步向全低浓铀堆芯过渡。该方法使高浓铀燃料组件得到充分利用。HFETR从高浓铀堆芯逐步向低浓铀堆芯过渡是可行的,到第74-1炉止,顺利的实现了高浓铀燃料向转换为低浓铀燃料的过渡,堆运行情况良好。 High flux engineering test reactor(HFETR) has been using high enriched uranium as fuel for its operation from 72-1. Starting from furnace 72-2, HFETR converts from high enriched uranium fuel to low enriched uranium fuel, and the core of the 74-1 furnace is converted to low enriched uranium fuel elements successfully, and the low concentration of HFETR is safely realized. The HFETR transition from high enriched uranium fuel to low enriched uranium fuel is to add a certain amount of low enriched uranium fuel assembly to each furnace and gradually transition to the core of all low enriched uranium. This method makes full use of high enriched uranium fuel assemblies. The transition of HFETR from high enriched uranium core to low enriched uranium core is feasible. By the end of furnace74-1, the transition of high enriched uranium fuel to low enriched uranium fuel is successfully realized, and the reactor operation is good.
