装备制造业在陕西省经济的发展中,其产量有着巨大的规模。长期以来,陕西省装备制造的中小企业都采用了粗放型生产制造方式作为其主要使用方式,这一粗放型生产方式不但破坏生态环境而且浪费了大量的资源。只有将粗放型的生产方式转向集约型的生产方式,才有可能实现陕西省经济的稳定持续性发展,进一步发展我国的可持续性经济。其中,必须综合考虑环境和资源的消耗的影响,而绿色制造战略则是解决这个问题的一种现代制造模式。当今社会,政府引导中小型装备制造企业,积极推进社会环保节能,这对实施绿色制造战略具有重要意义。关注企业如何实施开展绿色制造战略,并密切关注进行实施的绿色制造战略对企业造成的影响因素。本文全面系统对陕西省装备制造企业绿色化发展的影响因素进行分析,研究各因素之间的作用机理,明确丝绸之路经济带背景下推动陕西装备制造业绿色化发展的动力源泉,构建绿色制造战略能力发展的驱动因素模型。

Only by shifting the extensive mode of production to the intensive mode of production, it be possible to realize the stable and sustainable development of Shaanxi province ＇ s economy and further develop our country ＇ s sustainable economy. Among them, the influence of environment and resource consumption must be considered comprehensively, while green manufacturing strategy is a modern manufacturing mode to solve this problem. In today ＇ s society, the government guides small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises to actively promote social environmental protection and energy conservation, which is of great significance to the implementation of the green manufacturing strategy. Pay close attention to how enterprises implement and carry out the green manufacturing strategy, and pay close attention to the influencing factors caused by the green manufacturing strategy. This paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the influencing factors of Shaanxi province ＇ s equipment manufacturing enterprises ＇ green development, studies the mechanism of action among various factors, clarifies the power source to promote Shaanxi＇s equipment manufacturing enterprises ＇ green development under the background of the silk road economic belt, and constructs the driving factor model for the development of the strategic capability of green manufacturing.
