人文社科类研究生创新能力评价与提升策略研究

Research on the Evaluation and Promotion Strategy of the Innovation Ability of Graduate Students in Humanities and Social Sciences

研究生创新能力是研究生教育的核心内容,也是提升研究生培养质量的重要标志。本文通过对高校人文社科类研究生创新能力现状调研分析,发现当前人文社科类研究生创新意识、创新能力相对较弱,主要受到读研动机功利化、教学和管理体制不足、学术环境氛围不佳等因素综合影响。从改革培养课程体系、营造良好的学术氛围、加强导师队伍建设及培养研究生创新团队等方面提出高校人文社科类研究生创新能力提升的对策建议。

The innovation ability of graduate student is the core content of graduate student education, and it is also an important symbol to improve graduate student training quality. By research and analysis on the innovation ability of graduate students in humanities and social sciences in colleges and universities, it is found that the innovation consciousness and ability of humanities and social science graduate students are relatively weak, mainly influenced by the utilitarianism of study motivation, insufficient teaching and management system, poor academic environment and other factors. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the innovation ability of college humanities and social science graduate students from the aspects of reforming and training course system, creating a good academic atmosphere, strengthening the construction of the tutor team and training the postgraduate innovation team.
