山东省应对城市交通发展问题的策略研究

Study on the Strategy of Shandong Province to deal with the problem of Urban Traffic Development

针对城市交通拥堵和交通秩序管理形势日趋严峻的现状,结合山东省城市交通管理实际情况,剖析了目前交通管理普遍存在的问题和面临的挑战,提出了城市道路交通管理需要加强顶层规划、优化出行结构、完善道路网络与基础设施、加大源头治理、强化交通管理法律法规支撑、实行交通影响评价制度、推行城市交通综合治理模式等应对措施和管理建议。

In view of the increasingly serious situation of urban traffic congestion and traffic order management,combined with the actual situation of urban traffic management in Shandong Province, this paper analyzes the common problems and challenges faced by traffic management at present. It is pointed out that urban road traffic management needs to strengthen top-level planning, optimize travel structure, improve road network and infrastructure, increase source control, strengthen the support of traffic management laws and regulations, and implement traffic impact assessment system.To carry out comprehensive urban traffic management model and other countermeasures and management suggestions.
