海南省低放固体废物处置场建设方案探讨

Study on the construction plan of Hainan low level solid waste disposal facility

指出了我国核电废物处置面临的挑战,介绍了海南省内各放射性废物产生单位,特别是海南核电的废物产生情况。通过对海南省低放固体废物处置场项目的必要性与可行性分析,结合废物源项统计与军民融合立项的趋势,提出了关于本项目建设原则、建设规模、场址选择、处置方式等方面的建设方案,并初步估算了项目总体投资。

Challenges for the radioactive waste disposal from nuclear power plants are pointed out in this paper. This paper introduces the radioactive waste generation units in Hainan Province, especially the waste generated in Hainan nuclear power station. Through the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the project of the LLW waste disposal site in Hainan Province, combined with the statistics of waste source and the trend of military-civilian integration, this paper puts forward the construction plan including the construction principle, construction scale, site selection and disposal methods, then estimates the overall investment of the project.
