进入2018年第一周,我国沿海运输的干散货船,屡屡发生碰撞事故,一周之内就有4起。在这么大的海洋上,两艘先进的大型船舶为何会相撞?事故发生时,船上的人做了什么,为何没能规避掉这些事故?这些撞船事故的起因值得深入调查分析。事故的人为因素有值班人员责任心不强问题,有航海技能和经验不足问题,更深层次的是驾驶台资源管理知识缺失的问题。本文旨在探讨如何加强对船舶驾驶台资源管理知识的应用,提高船员驾驶操纵船舶的管理能力,改善安全生产环境,促进船舶安全营运管理。

In the first week of 2018, China ＇ s coastal transportation of dry bulk cargo ships, there have been a number of collision accidents, there are four within a week. Why do two large advanced ships collide in such a big ocean ？ What did the people on board do when the accident happened, and why didn＇t they avoid it ？ The causes of these collision accidents are worthy of further investigation and analysis. The human factor of the accident is the lack of responsibility of the on-duty personnel, the lack of navigation skills and experience, and the deeper problem is the lack of knowledge of bridge resource management. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to strengthen the application of ship bridge resource management knowledge, improve the pilot control the ship ＇ s crew management ability, improve the safety in production environment, to promote safe operation management of the ship.
