本文通过对中海油气(泰州)石化有限公司(下称:泰州石化)库存现状及产生原因的分析,系统论述了库存压减的措施和意义,具有可操作性,为2018年底完成中海油集团公司下达的库存压减目标的实现指明了方向、提出了办法。
