Management Process analysis of Non-conformance for International Nuclear Power Plant EPC

本文对我国在海外某核电EPC总承包项目建设过程中不符合项处理的管理流程进行了分析,介绍了处理不符合项的依据、分级以及处理流程,并对工程实际中不同类型的不符合项进行分类总结、举例分析,经工程实践表明该不符合项处理管理方法行之有效,为我国国际核电工程总包中不符合项的管理提供了借鉴。

This article analyzes the non-conformance management process during the construction period of one international nuclear power plant EPC. It introduces the basis, classification and process flow for non-conformance at the beginning, and supplies a summary for different kinds of non-conformance. Examples are also given for explanation.Project practice shows that this method of non-conformance management is effective, so it provides meaningful reference for the non-conformance management in international nuclear power plant EPC.
