团队化形势下养老护理员康复护理课程存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Rehabilitation Nursing Course for Geratic Nursing Staff under the Situation of Teamwork

养老护理员作为养老服务人员的主体,其专业水平直接影响到养老服务的质量。本文从养老服务团队化、专业化角度,对康复护理作为培训课程的定位和内容设置进行了分析,认为目前养老护理员的康复护理教学存在着定位模糊,部分专业性要求过高,康复理念上宣教不够等问题,并分别针对初、中、高3个等级提出相应的培训教学改革对策。

As the main body of the elderly care workers, the professional level of the geratic nursing staff directly affects the quality of the service. This paper analyzes the orientation and content of the rehabilitation nursing as a training course from the team- oriented and specialized angle. We believe that the current nursing and nursing staff＇ s rehabilitation nursing teaching has some problems such as vague positioning, some overly professional requirements, and inadequate education on the concept of rehabilitation. We also propose corresponding training reform measures for junior, middle and senior nurses.
