“2+1”导乐陪伴分娩对产程及分娩结局的影响

Influence of “2 + 1” Doula Accompanied for Childbirth on Labor Process and Delivery Outcome

目的:探讨导乐师、产妇家属、助产士共同导乐陪伴式分娩模式(简称"2+1"导乐陪伴)对产妇产程及分娩结局的影响。方法:将220例足月初产妇随机分为观察组110例("2+1"导乐陪伴分娩)和对照组110例(常规分娩),比较2组孕产妇分娩方式、产后2h出血量、产时疼痛、产程时间、新生儿Apgar评分。结果:观察组产妇经阴道(自然分娩+阴道助产)分娩率达96.36%,高于对照组的88.18%(P<0.05);观察组分娩时的疼痛评分、产后2h出血量、产程时间、新生儿窒息发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对产妇实行"2+1"导乐陪伴分娩,能提高产妇阴道分娩率,减轻产妇分娩疼痛感,缩短产程时间,降低新生儿窒息发生率,有效保障母婴健康。

[Objective] To explore the influence of the companion music delivery model （＂2 ＋ 1＂ combined with Doula） on the maternal delivery method and the labor process of the conductor, maternal family, and midwife. [Method] 220 cases of full- term primipara were randomly divided into observation group 110 cases （＂2 ＋ 1＂ combined with Dotda） and 110 cases of the control group （conventional delivery）. Maternal mode of delivery, postparttun hemorrhage 2h, labor pain, labor time and neonatal Apgar score branch were compared between the 2 groups. [Result] The delivery rate of vaginal delivery （natural childbirth ＋ vaginal delivery） was 96.36% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （88.18 % ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. The pain score in delivery group, the amotmt of postpamun 2h bleeding, the duration of labor and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] ＂2 ＋ 1＂ Doula accompanied can improve the natural delivery rate, reduce labor pain, shorten labor time labor time, reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and effectively protect the maternal and child health.
