特尔菲法联合精细化管理对危重患儿的疗效分析

Effect of Care Quality of Delphi Method Combined with Refinement Management for Critical Children

目的:探讨特尔菲法联合精细化管理对危重症患儿的影响。方法:选取危重症患儿140例随机分为观察组和对照组各70例,观察组进行特尔菲法联合精细化管理,对照组进行常规护理,比较2组并发症的发生率、病死率和护理满意度。结果:观察组的并发症发生率和病死率均低于对照组(17.14%VS 45.71%,5.71%VS 17.14%,P<0.05),且护理工作满意度高于对照组(92.86%VS 71.43%P<0.05)。结论:应用特尔菲法联合精细化管理能有效降低危重症患儿的死亡率,减少并发症,提高护理满意度。

[Objective] To explore the effect of Delphi method combined with refinement management in NICU. [Method] One hundred and forty critically ill newborns in NICU were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group were managed with Delphi method combined with refinement management, while the control group were managed with traditional nursing management. The complication rate, mortality rate and satisfaction degree were compared. [Result] Compared with control？ group, the observation group surffered lower rate of complication （ 17.14 % vs 45.71% ）, lower rate of mortality （5.71% vs 17.14%, P 〈 0.05）, and higher satistaction degree （92.86% vs 71.43%, P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion] Delphi method combined with refinement management for critically ill newborns in NICU can decrease the complication and mortality rate, improve nursing satisfaction.
