结直肠癌患者PICC置管联合全自动化疗泵持续化疗效果分析

Effect Analysis of Continuous Chemotherapy with PICC Catheter and Automated Chemotherapy Pump in Patients with Colorectal Cancer

目的:探讨结直肠癌患者经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管联合全自动化疗泵持续化疗的效果。方法:将160例结直肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组80例;对照组给予外周静脉导管(PVC)联合全自动化疗泵持续化疗,观察组则给予PICC联合全自动化疗泵持续化疗。比较2组患者的导管相关并发症、置管后的常见并发症及舒适度。结果:观察组的药物外渗(2.5%)、导管脱出(3.8%)、导管堵塞(5.0%)等导管相关并发症发生率均低于对照组(13.8%、12.5%及17.5%,P<0.05);观察组的静脉炎(3.8%)、静脉血栓(1.3%)及感染(2.5%)等发生率均低于对照组(20.0%、10.0%及15.0%,P<0.05);观察组的舒适度为92.5%,高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者PICC置管联合全自动化疗泵持续化疗,减少了导管相关并发症和置管后的常见并发症发生率,提高了患者化疗期间的舒适度。

[Objective] To explore the effect of continuous chemotherapy with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） com- bination with full automatic chemotherapy pump for patients with colorectal cancer. [Method] 160 cases of colorectal cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases each group. The control group was given continuous chemotherapy of peripherally venous catheter （PVC） combination with full automatic chemotherapy pump, and the observation group was provided continuous chemotherapy of PICC combination with full automatic chemotherapy pump. The indexes such as catheter related complications, common complications and degree of comfort after catheter were compared between the two groups. [Result] The incidence rates of drug exudation （2.5 % ）, catheterization （3.8 % ） and catheter blockage （5.0%） in the observation group were lower than of the control group （ 13.8 %, 12.5 % and 17.5 %, respectively, P 〈 0.05）. The inci- dence rates of phlebitis （3.8 % ）, venous thrombosis （ 1.3 % ） and infection （2.5 % ） in the observation group were also lower than OF the control group （20.0%, 10.0% and 15.0%, respectively, P 〈 0.05）. However, comfort degree of the observation group was 92.5%, higher than that of the control group （70.0%, P 〈 0.05）. [ Conclusion] Continuous chemotherapy of PICC combination with full automatic chemotherapy pump could cut down the incidence rates of catheter related complications and common complications after catheter, and raise the comfort degree of patients in the period of chemotherapy.
