摘要
景区游客时空分布不均给景区生态环境保护和游客满意度提升造成了严重威胁。本文基于管理熵理论,分析了景区游客时空分布系统管理熵随时间的演化特征,构建景区游客时空分布动态优化模型,并采用Simulink仿真对景区游客时空分布系统进行案例分析,验证模型的有效性。通过对比优化前后各景点游客人数时空分布、各景点负荷率以及景区时空分布系统管理熵值随时间的变化,证明该模型能有效缓解景区游客局部拥堵,均衡游客时空分布,有助于同步实现景区环境保护、游客满意度提升。
The imbalanced distribution of visitors at scenic spots in time and space has caused serious threat to the ecological environment protection and tourists' satisfaction. Based on Management Entropy theory and dynamic optimization,this study analyzed the evolutional characteristics of management entropy of the temporal and spatial distribution system in scenic spots,built a dynamic optimal model of tourists' temporal and spatial distribution,and applied Simulink simulation to make a case study of the space-time distribution system of tourists,and to test the validity of the model. Through comparing tourists' temporal and spatial distribution,the loading rate and the management entropy of scenic space-time distribution system before and after optimization,it is found that the model can effectively alleviate the congestion and balance the spatial and temporal distribution of tourists by adjusting the parameters of shunt ratio,which the authors believe may help to achieve environmental protection of the scenic area as well as to the improvement of tourist satisfaction.
