盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合蒙古族特色的音乐疗法在癌痛治疗中的作用

Application of Controlled-Release Oxycodone Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Mongolian Music Therapy in Patients with Cancer Pain

目的探讨盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合蒙古族特色的音乐疗法对改善癌症患者疼痛的疗效。方法将102例癌痛患者,按照入院顺序分为2组,对照组(n=51)口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片,观察组(n=51)在对照组的基础上联合音乐疗法,比较2组临床疗效及用药剂量。结果对照组和观察组治疗3d的总有效率分别为54.9%、70.0%,治疗7d的总有效率分别为60.7%、88.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组用药剂量大于观察组(P<0.05);观察组恶心呕吐、头晕乏力、便秘反应发生率较对照组明显减少(P<0.05),尿潴留发生率2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸羟考酮缓释片配合音乐疗法可改善癌痛患者疼痛,且操作简单、不良反应小、安全性高,也能提高患者的生活质量,为临床镇痛治疗提供了一种有效的选择方式。

Objective To explore the efficacy of controlled-release oxycodone hydrochloride tablets combined with Mongolian music therapy for improving pain in patients with cancer.Methods According to the order of admission,102 patients with pain cancer were treated with controlled-release oxycodone hydrochloride tablets alone（control group,n=51）or in combination with Mongolian music therapy（observation group,n=51）.Clinical efficacy and medicine dosage were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates in control group and observation group were,respectively,54.9%and 70.0%after treatment for 3 days,and 60.7%and88.2% after treatment for 7 days.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Compared with control group,medicine dosage increased and the incidence of nausea,vomiting,dizziness,fatigue and constipation decreased in observation group（P〈0.05）.No significant difference was found in the incidence of urinary retention between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Controlled-release oxycodone hydrochloride tablets combined with Mongolian music therapy provides an effective and safe choice for treating cancer pain and improving the quality of life of patients.The combined treatment is associated with convenient operation and less adverse reactions.
