POSS/EPDM橡胶有机无机杂化材料热稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用TG-DSC技术对梯形、八苯基、含磷、八乙烯基四种POSS在N_2和O_2两种气氛下及其POSS/EPDM在N_2气氛下的热稳定性进行了研究,结果表明:在N_2气氛下热稳定性按照梯形、八苯基、含磷和八乙烯基POSS顺序依次降低,但在O_2气氛下热稳定性则按照八乙烯基、梯形、含磷、八苯基POSS顺序依次降低;在N_2气氛下,与纯EPDM橡胶相比,梯形POSS/EPDM、含磷POSS/EPDM和八乙烯基POSS/EPDM的热稳定性显著提高且三者热稳定性基本相当,而八苯基POSS/EPDM则无明显变化;在N_2气氛下,与理论失重率相比,梯形POSS/EPDM失重率基本相当,而八苯基POSS/EPDM则显著提高,含磷POSS/EPDM和八乙烯基POSS/EPDM则显著降低,且后者表现更加明显。 The thermal stability of four kinds of POSS and POSS/EPDM under nitrogen and oxygen atmosphere were studied by TG-DSC technique. It was found that the thermal stability sequence under nitrogen atmosphere:ladder-shaped POSSoctaphenyl-POSSphosphorus-containing POSSoctavinyl-POSS, but under oxygen atmosphere,the thermal stability sequence: octavinyl-POSSladder-shaped POSSphosphorus-containing POSS octaphenyl-POSS. Under nitrogen atmosphere, compared with EPDM, the thermal stabilities of three kinds of ladder-shaped POSS/EPDM,phosphorus-containing POSS/EPDM,octavinyl-POSS/EPDM were significantly improved and basically equal, but the thermal stability of octaphenyl-POSS/EPDM had no obvious change. Under nitrogen atmosphere, compared with theoretical weight loss rate, the weight loss rate of ladder-shaped POSS/EPDM was basically equal, the weight loss rate of octaphenyl-POSS/EPDM was obviously improved, the weight loss rates of phosphorus-containing POSS/EPDM and octavinyl-POSS/EPDM were significantly reduced, and the latter was more apparent.
